Výšivka
Předností této technologie je vysoká životnost vyšitého motivu, jeho stálobarevnost, odolnost při praní na vysokou teplotu a při chemickém čištění, s vyjímkou bělení a impregnace.
Používáme japonský stroj TAJIMA s možností až patnáctibarevné výšivky, tvorby 3D výšivky a výšivky velmi jemných detailů o minimální výšce 4 mm. Díky speciálnímu upínacímu systému jsme schopní vyšít motiv i na těžko dostupná místa, jako jsou kapsy, rukávy, nohavice, ponožky, rukavice či obuv. Jeho další nespornou výhodou je vyšívání přes švy oděvu bez zhoršení kvality samotné výšivky. Tuto technologii lze využít na téměř všechny druhy materiálů.
Embroidery
The advantage of this technology is the high durability of embroidered motif, its light fastness, resistance to washing at high temperature and to chemical cleaning, except bleaching and impregnation.
We use the Japanese machine TAJIMA with the possibility up to fifteen-color embroidery, creation of 3D embroidery and embroidery of very fine details of the minimum height of 4 mm. Thanks to a special clamping system, we are able to embroider a motif in hard to reach places, such as pockets, sleeves, pants, socks, gloves or boots. Its other indisputable advantage is the embroidery through the seams of the clothing without deterioration of the quality of the embroidery itself. This technology can be used on almost all kinds of materials.
